Male Leads Who Own My Heart — Part 2 (Webtoon / Manhwa / Manhua Edition )

           As the last blog I posted was not enough to tell you about the guys I love to top, I come up with part two. (Reader: Is the author a thot?) Yeah, at least to fictional men. Forget it. Let's move on to the splendid leads of my heart.

          When it comes to male leads, Sung Jin-woo and Daniel Park can't be missed. As I already told you, I'm not genre-specific — this post will cover different worlds.

Honestly, I lost all my motivation nowadays to write. I am really busy nowadays, but I am trying to get back to my life. Forget the reasons for now — there are a lot. And this is a space that lets me breathe and dream.

So let's discuss some of the reasons I can breathe in this stressful life.

1. Sung Jin Woo
2. Daniel Park 
3. Callisto Regulus

1. Daniel Park

      The main lead of Lookism webtoon, written by Taejun Park and also animated later on. One of my
favourite webtoons with never-ending suspense and, yeah, never-ending stories and arcs.

Daniel is my comfort character because of his growth. As someone always bullied by my surroundings — in school and even with relatives for weight shaming — he really is my comfort zone. (I also upgraded, hehe, but not with two bodies.) Although I was never a fatty, just chubby, I started loving myself and ignoring people.

Let's come back to Daniel. This boy got severely bullied, transferred to a school, and then a different body appeared out of nowhere. He helps the bullies a lot. He is different and someone who will always be down for a damn fight — just not at school. Like bro, where do all those gangs come from, and he's ending all of them?

Still, every character shows a deep story rooted in a certain feeling. This story is really appealing with a lot of emotions, and it's featured as the first webtoon to get 1 billion views. So I love this one a lot.

2. Callisto Regulus

       Talking about Callisto — the enemies-to-lovers trope in Death Is the Only Ending for the Villainess
is my favourite character. Yeah, he was bad at the start — cold, heartless bastard. But to the core, just a kid with a traumatized past, keeping his walls high and shading his emotions with cruelty. He's just protecting himself. Yet he let her in. The pace was slow, but instead of all four others, his love was pure. He loves her in every possible way. His love was passionate and safe, while the other characters all lack in a lot of ways. Hiatus got us.

3. Sung Jin-woo

       Here comes the ultimate man with the highest aura in action: Sung Jin-woo. The man of growth. Just the right amount of upgrades, systems, and growth shifts. Indeed, the opening episodes show a fragile boy with an E-Rank, but his upgrade ate the S-Rank hunters and Monarchs too. The story totally revolves around his growth — his way of handling the system and not giving a damn about anyone in his way.

Besides, I love his army. His shadow soldiers — especially Beru, Igris, and Tank — I love them a lot. His son's arc is also iconic, as that story covers what Solo Leveling lacked. So run for both son and father.

4. Kim Dokja

       Kim Dokja — the ugly king, the mastermind, the reader of Ways of Survival (WAS). The right
amount of a reader. The opening was OG. Dokja, a GOAT. The story is fantastic. I love it all — all the mysteries, upgrades, development, characters, backstories, and the way he handles them all. Literally, this story made me cry a lot, but the weekly updates hurt like hell. Still keep going.

Still, I am moving forward every day, adding a new character to love and cherish. And this list will never end.
